Innovation Lab experiment · Interactive prototype

Banff & Jasper field application.

An interactive travel and field-operations experience combining routes, locations, photography, timing, and practical logistics in one decision-oriented interface.

What is being explored

Information organized
around the next decision.

The constraint

A detailed plan becomes difficult to use in the field.

Routes, weather considerations, photo locations, timing, parking, and alternatives may all matter at once. Conventional itineraries rarely make those relationships easy to understand.

What is being built

A practical operating view of the journey.

The prototype brings route structure, place context, logistics, photography goals, and changing decisions into one interactive experience rather than a pile of disconnected notes.

Business implication

The best interface follows the work—not the source documents.

Businesses face the same problem when critical information is organized by department or file type instead of around the decisions employees and customers need to make.
